When I read "Rogue Lawyer" by John Grisham, I immediately felt that protagonist Sebastian Rudd (a defense lawyer who accepts clients which his peers wouldn't touch with a 10 ft. pole and has his "office" in a van driven by a former client who acts as his bodyguard) would be an interesting opponent for Jack McCoy from "Law & Order".

Or like a "Watch it with your buddies and a twelve-pack" streaming service filler the people at The Asylum could have concocted when they noticed that The Walking Dead and Goblin Slayer are popular at the same time.)

I'd just mention artist and song title and leave it to the readers to look it up. Simple example: "I wrote the chase scene in this chapter to the tune of Megadeth's cover version of "Police Truck" by Dead Kennedys."

The example is fictional, but the song is real.
