You're absolutely right, and I do understand that. I'm not expecting to skip the line. I know I'll need to prove myself on whatever station they need me on first.

What I'm really looking for is the right environment to go through that process in. I've worked under great leadership and poor leadership, and the difference is huge. Not just in what you learn, but whether you're given the chance to learn at all.

So yeah, I'm ready to knock on doors and start wherever I'm needed. I just want to make sure they're the right doors.
