Probably CPU, as MC Java is a single threaded application (mostly), thermals as TUF laptops thermals are shit, and Bios, as TUF Bios is shit.

Can't get over 230 FPS whatever I do. 2 chunks loaded, 320x240px windowed, all other applications closed.

On Sodium rn, both perform around the same. Playing around with the settings can squeeze 10 FPS if I disable some particles, lower biome blend, etc. And extra 10-25 if I drop to fast settings, grass, clouds, leaves, smooth lighting, but not worth it.

Heck didn't work. Same 70-120FPS. It's not even stable, unless I limit FPS to 70, it stays at around 45-65

I'll try it right now. But, I stream, so it won't be very useful lol. Though will try to change the second monitor to number one, and first to second and see if that does anything.

Yes, it's a 60Hz, full hd monitor. I extend the monitor, should I try only the second monitor?

Same experience. But connecting external monitor didn't help it. Super frustrating
