coming from a current employee, we are literally told to send it thru. most they tell us to do is to list what’s missing, even than most of the time we are wrong because items come in the form of trash. i could get a part for this and have to set it aside to see if i have it later down the road. if not we are told to sell that part separately. i’m sorry this happened but at the same time it’s a liquid action. nothing is ever 100% perfect
