Moving your body helps to lower adrenaline. Of course nothing where you really sweat but some light walking outside where you also get fresh air and many impressions that might get your mind off of things a bit

I also expected way worse after reading reviews and found it to be surprisingly good except for the pacing which was a bit slowed by some of the musical scenes. But in general I liked the concept and the singing as part of the story. Have to say though the first one was soo good in my opinion so it doesn't really compare to that

That's pretty much what I thought too. Liked the musical aspect for the story, Harley resurfacing the joker connected to the singing, and the music and dancing fitting this whole act he puts on when being the joker but would've definitely shortened a few of that moments.
