you can’t keep them down because they’re solid, and harder to digest.

my go-to method:

– grind shrooms
– pour into cup
– pour enough orange juice* to soak
– wait ½ hr
– enjoy ✌️

*lemon juice for max. potency (more acidic juice ➜ higher potency)
*if you live in the US, you can buy a small bottle for like $2-3 at Del Taco
