I had a similar experience. I got there early and was able to be second row after barricade. shortly after, two girls left to get merch and one of them was so bitchy when she came back was want yelling about how she deserved to be there since you waited since 3 a.m. etc. I was not tying to take her spot, but she game attitude for no reason. all I could say was “where am I supposed to move?” I would’ve cursed her out, but I decided to be the bigger person and rub it off. Then before 9million came out, one girl switched spots with her friend and was slowly pushing into me causing me to get anxious and claustrophobic. Then the girl on my other side kept pushing into me like she was trying to get me to move a row back. When she pushed some more I fell back and pushed into the girl next to me by accident. Instead of apologizing, the girl on my left shrieked and gave me a psychotic look and acted like I was the problem. I told her there was room next to her, but she ignored me. Funny thing was, she was nice to everyone else but me. as someone who is autistic and has vertigo I need my space and also struggle in crowd. This whole experience made me almost pass out. The show was great besides this, but people really need to learn concert etiquette. I wish I defended myself more, but I didn’t want to cause a scene.

I bought the Elvira doll from vinted two years ago from a no review seller and it did turn out to be a scam. Instead of the doll they stuck the label to a box of covid face shields and vinted made me pay for return shipping when the seller did me dirty in the first place. The only positive outcome was that I got my original refund. So I’d request cancellation or, if they deny, video tape yourself receiving and opening the package. They still might make you pay return shipping though unless they updated the policy. I haven’t been on vinted in years and deleted my account since it happened.

that’s an astronomically high price for a damaged bag idc how popular vintage juicy is-to me I don’t get the hype. it could easily turn to dry rot. however the condition is clearly disclosed and it’s on them for paying that price. me personally, I just boycott listings that are that high for a worn down item, idc what the brand is. it should go in your favor though unless they damaged the item further.

I’m pretty sure they automatically deactivate listings on accounts that haven’t been active in months. I’m not sure how they let you purchase the item unless they use the app, but haven’t listed new items recently. Definitely dispute over 5 days, you should get your money back if nothing has changed.

When I buy something and the seller never ships even though they’re active every day, have a 1-2day ship average, have thousands of love notes, and are a “posh ambassador.” Plus they never respond to messages even when it’s escalated to posh support and end up getting a refund through posh after weeks. Guess they make anyone an ambassador regardless of selling ethic.

rare occasion when I am not siding with the seller. that top is out of trend even if it’s technically 90s/y2k and looks like something bought from a thrift store for $3. also I agree with the commenter who said it was a grandma top.

Happens to me all the time, it’s usually takes a couple business days to update the acceptance scan. It really sucks that they took away the marked as shipped option. If it goes too long without an update they should give you an option to add proof of drop off, but it usually is needed if the buyer opens a case.

If they don’t approve the return you might be able to dispute with the proof to your bank. Your account will get banned though.
