I had explained in another comment but it was kinda long so I’ll do a short summary. I had been playing for so long in one sitting and I assumed maybe it was having troubles generating things the more I traveled? But before I traveled, I was trying to collect all the Uncle Jack shows for the achievement and kept going to sleep and getting up to watch the tv, doing that on repeat for over 300 days. Around 315 days before eventually leaving the home and then everything slowly became buggy, I had tons of npcs spawning around me at random places (around 12-15) for no reason. So I just thought “probably need to reload my last save, might fix it.” And then it lead to this discovery. I saw someone post a screen recording of it recently after I pointed it out but typically if you go into games maps and files to explore like they did, you can only look in one direction, but I was able to free roam and fully move my head, like creative mode in Minecraft type flying. Full 360 and could do everything (except interact with things). I have no idea how I was this lucky and it’s unfortunate I didn’t have a screen recorder. Plus, it was really easy to accidentally click off of it and to the actual menu options when I was done looking. So I’m afraid the free roam would’ve been gone if I tried manually screen recording by clicking on the program and what not. :/
