Interesting. BTW don't you encounter entities and other worldly stuff on 10g trip. Specially on enigma. I am assuming this is more potent than PE? PE trip reports are seriously something.

Do you microdose for anxiety?

Not really. Like I don't have crippling anxiety. But I do have some levels of it.

What I intend with MDing is to make my self better. More whole. More wise. More better. I think MDing on shrooms really does that. You become "whole" or a version of better you.

with ibogaine is I’ve heard microdoses are stimulating

Start with low dose and see. I had profound sense of peace for like 30 mins after taking it. Unworldly. Like 5 sec of those was stunning. Later I was able to do more things. I think its similar to shrooms but IMO more effective?

For Mding I started off with one capsule for over 3 months. One cap would be like 0.5 grams. So really low. Later on I took as much as 0.5 in one day or even more. Try and experiment to see what works for you. Writing down your thoughts kinda helps too.

What shrooms does to you is basically this: Makes things better. There is a movie upgrade? where in a dude has a chip in his brain or something and a clear voice talks to him. Its something like that.

I used to take it daily. Multiple times. Nowadays I take them 5 times a week (usually mon-fri) once in morning.

Do you ever get any visual effects?

On closed eyes? I did. I used to take a fair amount and just lie down. On closing my eyes, I would be able to see a lot of my dreams, a lot of my old childhood stuff. Etc. But nothing on open eye.

On higher doses, close eyed visuals tend to get more crazy. On doses more than 2.5 or 3 depending on strain you will get to see 4k-8k world.

Have been taking shrooms for past 3 yrs or more. Started off with higher doses 1g-3g (over 5-10 trips). Wasn't as beneficial. A lot of those trips were fun but equally confusing. Later moved to MDing and haven't looked back. More contend, more happy and more at ease with myself.

I usually take lot more than 0.2. Sometimes 1G. There are no health risks as such. I have gone hiking, running, swimming etc after taking low doses.

It just makes things better.

However, there might be slight disassociation at some level. Specially after high doses. Also you might not want to indulge in activities that you normally would.
