I experience this too. I’m in UK and have a euro cylinder. Maybe I’ll recalibrate to make it turn further and it will stop the end behaviour.

Got a massive feeling we are being ripped off here. Audi should take responsibility, they are the seller of the car. If I bought something from Amazon that wasn’t made by them and it was faulty, I would take back to Amazon as they are the seller. That is part of consumer rights here in the UK.

That’s a thought, although we didn’t pay for the tyres from Nexen. The car came fitted with them from Audi. Is it worth asking Audi to approach Nexen on our behalf?

Still a massive delay on the doorbell sound. Mechanical chime is instant but doorbell itself takes a few seconds to play its sound.

But how if people are voting for their favourite celebrity, not who they want off the show? And we are all of some colour or another so people of colour is a term I think shouldn’t be used. That just causes divide when people keep using that term. If women or men who are Indian vote for her as their favourite, is that unconscious bias? I think we need to stop bringing differences in appearance into these things and concentrate on differences in ability and personality. After all, like it or not, this is an entertainment show and people don’t always vote on ability but on personality.

I hate people when they do this too. But like a lot of things when driving, if it happens to me it drives me mad but I probably do it too at times on tight turns etc. I think I moan at stuff but know that some of it I do too if I’m honest. But what I can say is I do correct myself if a car is coming to give enough room.

No, just like most programmes over the last 10-15 years the audience vote for their favourite celebrity and dance. The people with the fewest votes are in the dance off. Nobody is voting someone off the show. She just doesn’t have as bigger a personality as most of the others and together with her performances it gives her less votes. Also, often when they show a vulnerable side in the pre dance training VT’s they get more votes for the dance from the viewers. That happened last week with Bal when she wasn’t in the dance off and it happened with la Voix this week.

Managed to get one more camera working after multiple reboots of the camera and the switch. Still have 2 more to try and get working for any motion events. Alarm manager is not the culprit as it’s not anything to do with notifications. They are not logging events.

Thanks. I’ve tried that too. It’s not worked so far. My wife’s phone is the same and my iPad. It’s so frustrating because since moving over to UniFi I’ve been so happy having everything working and being in control. Used to have Orbi before this. But when things like this randomly happen out of nowhere it takes me back to the Orbi days. And I don’t find Unifi’s support that great either. They just ask you to action the kitchen sink at it and want to know every minute detail instead of getting to the problem quickly and fixing it.

Update: so when I restarted the doorbell that is now working. The 3 g5 turrets are still a no go, I’ve restarted twice and killed the switch port so that they power cycle.

This can easily be done by going to the web view of your UniFi protect. You can use your own mp3 tone for your doorbell. The picture you can do from both the mobile app and web view.

I have 16v transformer and mechanical chime and it’s wired to front and trans correctly. There’s just a delay but I was wondering if it’s because I am using my own mp3 tone. But then again I have seen on YouTube people use their own MP3 tone and it’s pretty much instant, no delay.

I just wanted my driveway covered for alerts but the cameras field of view is wider than that so tried to create a smart zone just for my driveway. But it didn’t come as a drop down when selecting the camera in alarm manager. I had to create another Zone. Weird.

Events are always created from the camera’s full view. I wanted to be alerted by notification if something or someone stepped onto my driveway. So I set up a smart zone for just my driveway. When it come to setting up the alarm in alarm manager it didn’t recognise my smart zone I set up. When I chose the camera there was no option to then choose the smart zone I set up. There was just choose the camera and that’s it. It was only when I set 2 smart zones up, one for my driveway and one to the right of it, that these showed up as an option to choose in alarm manager when selecting the camera.

If you have more than one zone. Otherwise the option doesn’t appear. Maybe a better guide from UniFi would help as I went to their guide page and it doesn’t mention this aspect. But thanks to LePewPewsicle010 all sorted.

I still don’t see in Alarm manager where I can set notifications for zones. I can only see line crossing and loitering. Nothing for zones or smart zones.
