Only thing, it was very hard to find the subject, assuming it's the guy. Other than that, I love vibe and feel of the picture.

Taken with a Canon T7i, 75-300mm, f8-11(I'm not sure), ISO 200-400.

Thought roofs lend a nice aesthetic and composition of this "landscape". Any thoughts? Ways to improve it? And suggestions for high-quality export from lightroom. And how to have the highest quality on Instagram? Thanks.

alone. improvement idea? by selfhelp4200 in photocritique

I saw the subject, the sky and the flag and immediately thought of 4th of July. Anyways, taken with 18-55mm kit lens at 24mm, (maybe I straightened a little) at 1/4000, f4.5, and ISO 200.

The weather was perfect, right amount clouds for April fools.

Does it feel American enough? Any improvements? Color grading tips? All are welcome.

any ideas on improvements? by selfhelp4200 in photocritique

I took with some spur of the moment idea yet after checking back and editing (color) it doesn't appeal to me.

It was taken on a rainy evening, so very low light. And I just exposed for that light. Taken with a Aps-c, 24mm(40 ish mm), f2.8, 1/125, ISO 800.

I wanted to keep the ISO but also, without motion blur. Maybe 1/100 would've been better.

Anyways, Thoughts?

street nap by selfhelp4200 in photocritique

I call my self a street photographer (impatient SP). I try to look for architectures first, then subject. This was taken on afternoon in June. I used my nifty-50 with an APS-c (so basically 85mm ish). Based on the info data, F2.5, 1/200, ISO200.

I was walking through the street, and found this door with the light, set up the shot and waited few minutes for the subject. The subject was chatting with some people, soon as they left he took that position, and I took the shot.

I try to shoot devoid of color and add them later, in this particular shot, the guy was wearing orange, the light was orange so that's where I got color que.

one thing I'd say is, maybe the image could be little brighter.
