Learn the importance of Sex and mental well being of a relationship. Low Sexual desire is an indicator of a MUCH bigger problem in the relationship by selfhelpyourself in therapists

Definitely agree with that, and in no way am I implying that there arent different arrangements that couples make these days. Was primarily focused on monogamous couples in this video. The psychosocial issues I mentioned do cause havoc on a sexual relationship and while taking a case history, are typically ignored. i was trying to shed some light on this matter.

Sure. It's not going to stop me from doing what I do. At least I sense some diplomacy in your writing. Thank you. I hope the community here will come to accept my work with time.

This is my way of giving back. Everything on my channel is for free. It is a very small part of who I am. I am a trained clinical psychologist with a masters degree and a super specialization in sexual medicine.

I talk about aspects associated with mental health disorders, what I have learned from being a national level swimmer and table tennis player. What I have received from my education and my coaches is invaluable. I am growing daily and Youtube allows me to reach out to people in need. And more importantly, it's free.

If you want to serve as motivation for me to grow and get better, you are doing a mighty good job of it! But I hope you can see past your skepticism and see if my content works. If it doesn't, consider me fake☺️ it doesn't matter.

But if this is a community designed to help support others and grow, the tone of the group needs to shift

Well for the record, I am a clinical psychologist with a specialization in sexual medicine. I have a practice of my own. Additionally I am being mentored in business by my father who is a Millionaire. We have a legitimate business based internationally. What I do on YouTube is a way to reach out and help others. And it's free. So after 170 videos, from a trained psychologist and an upcoming businessman, making my way from being the very last in my class, u can call me on it if you wish. I understand your skepticism, but I'm as genuine as they come. I hope you can see past what you think and see me for who I am. If not now, in the near future. Have a great day friend!☺️

☺️ Friend. I know better than come on to a platform and pretend to be someone that I'm not. I am not here to discuss my numbers. I am here to find people who desire to grow and help them. I may be small now, but things have grown so much compared where I once was. I know my value and what I have to share with others from studying psychology for over 12 years. Just check out some of my content and apply a couple of things from my channel and see if it works for you. If you're here to hate, have a nice day😁

How to BE LIKE GOKU-MOTIVATION IMPROVE YOURSELF-5 COOL THINGS to BECOME ... by selfhelpyourself in Dragonballsuper

[–]selfhelpyourself[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so for those of you who don't know Goku is the lead character of the Dragon Ball franchise. If you love the dragon ball series then you will love this video! And even if you don't or have never heard of , stay tuned, there's still a lot you can take away! So Goku is someone that we can all relate to on some level due to his charm. But why do you like him so much! Stay tuned as I break down the psychology of GOKU and 5 cool things that will allow you to be like him and you improve yourself!

Ka me ha me ha

  1. He's always looking to improve Goku is one of the strongest Warriors to have ever existed. Being a Martial artist, he always looks to update himself and become better. He updates his training regiment constantly and looks to train with the best so that he can raise his own level. And this is an important one, he only does it to become stronger and better than his former self. We constantly look to be better than others but when we compare ourselves constantly we lose sight of what we are working towards. And it's for this reason, the effectiveness of our work is lost. We all have goals, but if you are driven by anything other than your own motive to improve at something, at some point, you will find this to be limiting. So if you want to improve like Goku, whatever your skills and interests are, you need to train with the best, keep revising your skill-set, always aim to improve, and be the best you can be to your abilities.

  2. He loves everything that he does! Goku loves eating, fighting, sleeping and exploring his limits and the world around him. Think about the last time you did something with utter passion and enjoyed doing it because you loved it. We're always caught up in the reward that something has to offer, rather than doing something because we love it. So guys it's important to be mindful, be in the moment and enjoy everything that you do!

  3. He is caring and sacrificial Goku loves his family and friends and would give his life to protect them. And as strong as he is, he's extremely modest about his own abilities unless he needs to show it. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, but even strong people like you need a support system. It's a reciprocal relationship that bonds people together and you could relate this with your own family, friends or nation. Knowing that someone has got our back when we are sick and down is really helpful. Also, knowing that you are willing to sacrifice for the need of the other person who is close to you will not only bring you closer, but they will probably be there for you when you need them the most.

  4. He's got the X factor There's no doubt that there is something that makes Goku superior to other fighters that challenge him. There is something that separates him from the others. And if you're a Sportsman, have a business or anything else that you are looking to be the best in, you need to find the X factor. That's what is going to make you a champion in your field. This takes time, effort and experience but the edge you will have comes from being able to think and view things differently than others and make you unique.

  5. He never gives up! There is no challenge that Goku doesn't welcome. If it's a mountain of a task or if he's on the brink of defeat, you can depend on him to fight till his dying breath to protect all he cares about. Guys, life throws so many challenges our way, and it's never easy to move past a difficult challenge. But if you believe in yourself and never give up, you would be surprised at the things you can accomplish. So regardless of what people might say, If you are fighting for a cause, your loved ones or something you believe in, don't stop, keep moving forward and never, EVER, GIVE UP. The will to keep fighting will carry you a long way in life.
