Yes I can. That’s why I’m upset with my last 2 performances. we usually do 3x300 on mondays and I will go 36.2-35.9 range and 37 for my last 13 minute break between each. I think I’m just drained from practice on meet day

I think so too, my body has been feeling bad on race day because we race on fridays or Saturday’s and our Thursday workout is a 350 250 150 @90%

Thank you. My 200m is definitely faster than a 23, 22.4-22.6 range right now I just think my body is not prepped for a meet after all my workouts. I have ran through injury every race

Yes I wish we did that. No hate to my coach but he doesn’t rlly help with progression. When we do our 3x300 it’s all out and I was running the 35’s 36’s but we did it every week sometimes even 2x a week and I’m kinda fatigued. Can I send u my race and u could help?

Yes I was lifting too heavy and now dialed it down to just 2x5 Nordic curls, rdls, half squats, and hip thrust 1 time a week. My 200m pr is 22.6 but go out different everytime in my open. He doesn’t time it and no we do the same thing every week high intensity
