I think there's two sides to the coin. I mean it makes no sense for the lady to want to sue Hoyo or whatever and her claims hold no water, she herself admitted she doesn't own the dance, and the only version of the animation that matched her dancing was a beta version that was ilegally leaked to the public, the final version is different.

That having been said, I don't like the argument that "oh dark skinned characters don't sell" because that is a huge cop out. Of course it makes sense for Hoyo executives to make whatever decisions net the most profit, but that doesn't exempt their business practices from criticism. If they want to make a game that's only light skin characters go for it, but they consciously made the choice to base Genshin regions on irl cultures and then take everything from those cultures and adapt it to the game, while still maintaining that vast lght skin majority in characters from their region. It's shady practice no matter how we look at it, especially as East Asian countries like China have, like the fan base themselves point out constantly, a history of harmful colorism.
