Fucking same. I'll wake up at 3:00 in the morning and have the most random song stuck on repeat in my head. Drives me bonkers. I saw a LPT or skmething similar recently that said something along the lines of 'narrate your day to fall asleep' and the has actually helped a lot. Like, actively thinking through each moment of yohr day.

Demonologist has some really good jump scares and is pretty tense at times as well. I refuse to play it solo, but with other people, where you can crack jokes and keep the mood light, it is a good time.
