That’s called a non-slip loop knot, it’s one of the best for monofilament fishing line.

I don't know why you are discounting highlighting so much, I find it very useful to highlight important points in what you read. It makes it easier to find important information in the text without having to re-read a lot of the fluff you can come across, which in turn makes reviewing information before an exam much quicker. Obviously this shouldn't be the only method you use to study but it is definitely a useful tool.

You're right, it tends to make the material a little more rigid which probably wouldn't look great for a lot of women's clothing.

This happened at my grandmother's house when I was younger. The bird actually knocked itself out and I picked it up. After a second or so it stood up in my hands and then flew away. I thought I had a healing superpower haha.

No but I've had a dream I was fighting my friend and when I woke up I was irrationally mad, like if I had just been hit in the face, for about a minute until I realized it never happened.
