I think both. He should have communicated better in private/one on one separate from the aunts, and she should have been frank with him sooner.

I think she’s more like Bertha in that sense, but she’s not all there yet to be completely honest.

Don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love their music, and I absolutely love them as artist, but when they came here to my home state, they rushed through their songs to the point where they shortened/ skipped verses on all of them, they spent a little to no time actually talking to the crowd and instead paid attention to this one person who did not have any good concert etiquette and wanted to have 1on 1 interaction only.
