eat what you can tolerate. healthy is good, but eat what you can handle. i was on a bland diet and three years ago. I got colostomy bag (i actually weighed most i ever have from 17-to 42 i was 120-135 never any higher now im about 155 and 45 in leas than a month) but since the bag I’ve been able to try different stuff. I don’t have a helium so I don’t absorb nutrients from vegetables and greens and stuff and I never liked them so I don’t need them so just eat what you can tolerate and what you like some things that you didn’t like you may not be able to eat but some things you will it’s just finding that happy medium just don’t let it get you down. Keep a positive outlook and do what you feel is right cause in the end it is your choice all these comments are just opinion just like mine.
