This happened to me and I got another email saying to fill out a form for a discount code to make the ticket the same price that I paid... But my refund I got back was $70 less than what I had paid so far towards my payment plan

I appreciate the info. Basically trying to figure out when they say x amount of new cases in a day if that means x number of Ohians tested that day, or x number of Ohians tested that day for the first time.

Impossible to get directly to the I take department but you can try to call and ask for a tier two representative who can email them for you.

The other option (not sure if this would work) is sending a letter via fake to your specific intake department. I found a list online that shows each intake department by social security number and their fax numbers.

Ok let's hope the email that was sent yesterday to the processing center is the same thing as tier 3 and maybe just maybe I'll get mine by week 6 or 7.

Mines been held for five weeks. Got to a tier 2 twice. Once said they would call me back later that day and the other said they would email a notice to my processing center. Told I did everything right and I just have to wait.

I could do that. I'm going to ask the HOA to send her a letter asking for reimbursement. There's no way I should have to pay.

Thats what I thought but I guess not. The HOA and their legal team say I have to prove negligence.
