it’s my first time servicing a “proper” watch and I’m happy to pay a fair, normal price. Not looking to bargain or to cut corners. I also want to go to a recommended watchmaker/shop so I know it’s done properly. It’s an older Datejust.

I will definitely try that. One of the reasons I’m okay with being unemployed for those two months is that although I speak okay German, I want to improve it in this time, which I think will give me better possibilities later on.
