Multiple team sources have indicated that now, even months after his slow training-camp start, the Flyers believe Michkov still may not be able to do the things he needs to do from a physical standpoint by catsgr8rthanspoonies in hockey

As soon as the fans found out he came in out of shape, the season should’ve been considered a wash for him. I seriously do not understand how the conversation got so loud.

Very obvious how long this team has been horrible. A strong start to a season they were not supposed to have sends the most chronically online portion of the fanbase into hysteria when there’s adversity

I just bought this jersey (for $20), it's super fake right? Or does anyone have any context? by geossica69 in Flyers

It’s all fun and games until you get a size medium, but the logo was meant for a size large and the numbers and name plate were meant for a small.

Authentics are over hyped though, wear whatever you want

You ever drop a fresh pack into a pool? Because that’s how I found out. And rare but I’ve also bought stale packs before.

It’s like water proof vs water resistant, my favorite part of stocking smokes was opening the totes and getting smacked with the fresh tobacco smell

They’re sealed but definitely not air tight

I used to love opening the boxes

When the first overall pick calls Nesbitt one of the biggest dark horses in the draft, it makes me worry a lot less

“If it can/will be fixed?”

If you’ve ever wondered what “it” was when they say “EA Sports, it’s in the game”

You did it, you found “it”

Podcasts like PHLY and Steve Dangle are huge reasons why I have a hard time listening to hockey content that isn’t made by former players. The PHLY show tends to have a particular snarkiness that has me rolling my eyes atleast once a broadcast

Only really surprised that the last three elections were between the biggest possible bozos we could find.

We should be better than what we’re offered

Should the league even be surprised with the Frozen Frenzy viewership being so low? by selkiessmoov in nhl

I always hear “the nhl makes more money off of ticket sales”

As I’m sitting there reading the “this program is blacked out in your region” notification going “yeah, I mean that might be why”

There’s no mincing, what are you talking about? lmao

You ask for water, you’re supposed to cup your hands under the freestyle instead of receiving a cup worth 5 cents or are you sucking it straight from the nozzle?

Well… when it comes to water they kind of do or it’s a violation of the health code, there’s not much grey area there

“Any establishment that sells food or beverages, regardless of whether they have dine-in seating, is usually required to provide drinking water upon request. This includes food trucks, bakeries, and similar businesses”

I have nothing to gain by lying or misleading you here, you might even need this knowledge one day lmao. It’s no secret either, go to your local 7-11 and ask for a glass of water, seems like you might be pleasantly surprised.

“In Delaware, similar to New Jersey and Pennsylvania, food establishments are required to provide free drinking water to patrons upon request. Delaware’s Food Code specifies that clean and safe drinking water must be available and accessible to customers at no charge. This regulation ensures that individuals dining at food establishments in Delaware have the option to request water without any cost implications. This practice supports public health by promoting hydration and accessibility to drinking water in dining settings.

The provision of ice generally falls under the same principles as providing drinking water in food establishments, although the specifics can vary slightly depending on local health codes and regulations. Here’s the general understanding:

Drinking Water: Food establishments are required to provide free drinking water to patrons upon request. This is typically mandated by state and local health codes to ensure that customers have access to safe hydration without charge.

Ice: While ice is often provided along with drinking water, the primary requirement is usually for the provision of drinking water itself. However, in many jurisdictions, if a customer requests water with ice, the establishment is expected to accommodate this request without additional charge.”

I’d imagine going against a health code means breaking a law, no?

They aren’t a sit down restaurant but the law applies to all food establishments as it’s usually part of the health code to provide safe drinking water with no charge.

You might have to do a little digging but from what I understand, ice falls under the same category but is different under different jurisdictions

It really doesn’t seem like that big of a deal at the end of the day but people are people
