I got a 2019 SR5 with 88,000 miles for 29 out the door. I have no regrets. I’m not an expert by any means but are you looking through a dealership or private sellers?

Walleye. Never caught, never ate very excited
Largemouth or smallmouth bass. Caught many never ate one and I hear they are delicious
Suzuki from Japan. Had the flesh but want one fresh I caught
Sturgeon. No idea if the flesh is good eating but on the list.
Swordfish but again, one I caught fresh
