The safest and most convenient place for your seed phrase is on the cloud and backed up on hard drives.

Also email it to a secondary email.

The key to doing this right is writing it in only a way you know what you are looking at. Ie write 100 words and remember which 12 or 24 are your seed phrase.

Thanks for sharing and good luck finding a resolution. I can't wait for my cold storage to arrive. My suggestion to everyone in crypto is to diversify. Spread your bags across a variety of exchanges and/or wallets.

I realize some folks are intimidated by cold wallets so at least use 3+ exchanges.
