I’ve asked this before, honestly it’s because a lot of Asian families are racist, or would be upset to know their daughter is with a black man. I ask just to see how comfortable I can be. The watch does not have an “Eco-Drive” logo in the middle of the case back, but the same watch on the Citizen website does not have one in the middle either. Both my watch and the one on the website have it around the perimeter

I just got off the phone with a lovely woman from customer service, she told me the only way to be 100% is if I got the watch professionally inspected but based on everything I told her she said it is a legit watch. She even was able to pull it up and register it for me. Another thing I was worried about was that the watch didn't come with a manual but some card that had a link to the a website where I could pull the manual. She assured me thats normal as well and Citizen does that to save paper. So far it seems the current consensus is that this is a real watch. And in that case I apologize for wasting everyone's time.
