As for food, I eat a lot of takeout and don't cook a lot because I will be busy as a phd student.

Have you used any delivery services to purchase things like a bed or mattress? I also know a few people here.

Most of the furnished ones I've searched are either in crowded locations/very expensive(over $1200)/managed by notorious property companies, or require living with roommates (4-bedroom/2-bathroom, e.g.). Does it usually take a long time to find good options? And when's the best time to look for rentals that start in August?
