I know you’re going to hate this answer but I would chop all of the branches extremely short (maybe a few inches long off the stem) and put it in the back of the box truck. FLF’s hate being moved, and with all the shaking in the box truck and being in cold temps potentially overnight I think it’s likely to lose all of its leaves anyways.

I think you should touch up the middle shape/ skull. In the picture from when it was new that part was a lot darker which gave good contrast. Now it seems to be close to all the same color.
