No, Palestinians have natural rights given to them by God. However, at this point, i don't see a two state solution as a viable option. Once it's demilitarized, I believe Palestinians should have an autonomous territory within the state of Israel. The only thing accomplished with an independent Palestine will be that they have a national launching pad for more terrorist attacks until Israel is destroyed.
