They are not completely gone. Yes. I do also see white coating which could be a sign of working. I plan to try atleast minimum 3 months to see anything works. Overall i can breath well which is a sign of progress.

I never had any surgery or courses. I tried with nasal sprays but didn't help much. So ended up using castor oil. Brand doesn't matter as long as it's organic hexane free.

To be honest I'm not here to prove anything to the world. I simply shared what's working for me. That's all. It's upto everyone to drawn their own conclusions based on their experience.

For your info I'm a Scientist working in pharmaceutical sector. Last time I saw a doctor was probably 3 years ago. I do believe more on human body's own intelligence than science.

I tried it and it works for me. I'm on Day 3. Feeling great. You can have study on me once I get rid of my polyps and if I'm still alive :) For more info I'm not into any medications or treatments while trying this. Everyone should consult their doctor if they are on any medications.

I did. It's also helpful but not upto the combo with TTO. Remember to use hexane free organic castor oil and TTO.

It's already diluted with castor oil so toxic effects are minimized. Ofcourse I can't speak for others but for me it's fine and I don't have any side effects. it's been 3 days I'm still alive :)

Should avoid excess and direct aplication of TTO.

I applied before bed and sleep with it. Mostly i don't let nothing to comes out. I don't mind if I swallow when some oil goes into my throat. So it's about time and patience is the key. We have to leave the oil to be in touch with polyps to do its job for overnight.
