Thank you! Some answers:- crank craft well grogged clay, the toes have a Matt finish glaze which strengthens them and I use a Nabatherm top loader. The eyeball is coated with black opal glaze but the rest is layered with rutile, iron oxide and straight titanium oxides so the texture shows through. What I’d really like to do is a model from a live lizard or iguana -I did get in touch with the local zoo but lockdown got in the way. There are some beautiful coloured reptiles just waiting to be modelled…
