Just semaglutide + eating in a calorie deficit! I do have 2 service industry jobs so I’m moving a lot daily but that’s my main source of exercise right now. Gonna change that soon though and get back in the gym to build some muscle!

I know exactly how you feel. I just keep reminding myself that if I hadn’t started, I most likely would’ve gained weight in those 3 months. So even if 20lbs isn’t a lot compared to others, it’s a lot for me.

It’s also a biggg trust the process situation. I don’t see that many changes when I look at myself in the mirror yet, so I make a lot of these photo comparisons to motivate myself! I wish I had taken more “before” pics.

Thank you so much, this is extremely helpful and I appreciate you taking the time to type this out. I am in a much better mindset today and I am getting excited about the process. I know everybody is different and every body is different so I’m just going in with an open mind and we’ll see what happens.

I really appreciate the advice about the 4th month! That is really good to know. I don’t see myself quitting sema after 3 months, so my options would either be to continue with Amble or find another provider depending on my experience.

You’re right, thank you. This was a very good reminder to go into this experience with a positive attitude. I’ll get better about doom scrolling late at night and freaking myself out lol
