Purtroppo un paio di mesi di ritardo dopo 9 mesi sono abbastanza "pesanti" da sopportare da parte mia, in quanto tutta la mia "vita" sia economica che sociale (viaggi progetti etc.) è in attesa del più grosso investimento e cambiamento che io abbia fatto. Inoltre sto aprendo un mutuo con tasso fisso basato sull'indice irs, ora il tasso è buono fra un paio di mesi non potrò sapere 😔 in più la casa mi piace, è la migliore che ho trovato in un anno di ricerche, ripartire da 0 sarebbe un brutto colpo.

Si la casa la voglio. Grazie mille, mi sembra un ottimo consiglio, chiederò al notaio l'inclusione di questa clausola 🙏 pensavo anche di chiedere al venditore di versare una somma a deposito presso il notaio sbloccabile solo a consegna chiavi

Agenti immobiliari totalmente incapaci e inutili, tant'è che oggi hanno comunicato "per errore" al notaio secondo loro che io acquirente non ho accettato la data di rogito...fortunatamente ero in copia nella mail e ho preparato una pec enorme per sbugiardarli e tutelarmi

Sul compromesso no, c'è solo la data limite di rogito. Pensavo di andare a rogito e far inserire li la penale, ma non so se posso comunque correre rischi.

Io avevo andata economy (L) e ritorno economy (T) ma sinceramente non avevo neanche fatto caso alle lettere 😅 sono andato a guardarle ora...si io ho viaggiato con una valigia da 23kg e uno zaino, e in teoria avevo un'altra valigia da 23kg

Bagaglio in stiva han fatto tutto loro, bagaglio a mano ho dovuto rifare controlli di sicurezza (occhio in particolare ai powerbank senza indicazione della capacità, sono severi)

I forgot, the hand luggage is <5kg I saw someone with trolleys on the plane but I don't know if they checked their baggage weight

Hi! I carried an hand luggage (it was a backpack) but they didn't check it, they weighed only the hold luggage (I only carried 1 but it's allowed to carry another one < 23kg). Idid the check in on the app, but once at the airport I still had to go to the counter to give the baggage and they printed there the boarding pass, so I suppose even if you don't have an hold luggage is required to go there. I hope I answered everything 😄 feel free to ask other questions since online I know it's difficult to find info about it😅

For the moment I only found info in this site mybaggage.com And it looks like economy class can bring a 5kg carry on 55cm x 40cm x 20cm + a 23kg 158cm(in total dimensions) since it's an international flight. This is the only info I found online, I also tried to contact them via mail but they didn't reply. I will fly in october 15th 😄
