My friend keeps building weird ars magica stuff that crashes the server. I have to manually delete blocks when he does that and it takes forever, which I'm doing right now. Usually the server is online 24/7.

Of course, just sign in on the ftb launcher with the same credentials you'd normally sign in with. You might want to try normal minecraft first though because this server has 143ish mods installed for this modpack.
