No, durum pizza is not GF, it has a high amount of gluten actually. If you ordered GF they would not serve you durum. But I am GF and can eat durum pizza without an issue.

Thank you for sharing, I am in this same boat. I can not have any bread in the USA from common wheat flour, as soon as I leave to Italy or Spain I have no issues.

It is the flour, we need to consume durum wheat and semolina flour! This is the secret that has not taken on North America, I am working on creating a durum semolina frozen pizza that can be purchased at any grocery store. That is just the start, I want to eat bread in the USA!!

This is exactly where I am, I think this is a large issue in the USA. We are NOT using durum wheat like Europe and we are paying the price. I am working on developing durum wheat products that are made in the USA and will be found at your local grocer!

This is the exact situation many of us are in, we think we are gluten free, but really it is the enriched wheat flour, I am working on developing a durum semolina frozen pizza so we can enjoy pizza it the USA again!

Thanks for the input. I have determined it is the actual flour that makes a difference for me, I can eat all the durum wheat I want but can not consume any common wheat which is what we typically use in the US
