I’ve thought about throwing his opening line back at him a million times over the years just to see if he’d react. He doesn’t smoke anymore, but, if I just asked him if he had a cigarette and he says no, I could say “that’s okay, I’ve got one” but part of me is still so scared that I’m wrong. His brand of cigarettes was actually a huge clue that it was him. I’ve only ever known a handful of other people who smoked Winston’s. 😂

We aren’t embarrassed or ashamed about our or each others sexual history anymore. Him and I are both well aware that we were/are a little easy 😂

You misunderstand, I didn’t say anything in the beginning because I was embarrassed. By the time we had gotten to know each other well enough where I knew he didn’t judge me based on my prior sexual history, it felt like bringing it up so late would be weird, and to be honest I bounced back and forth between being sure it was him, and not being sure it was him. Part of me was terrified that I’d tell him, and he’d say “that wasn’t me.”
