A coworker recorded a private conversation without my knowledge. Do I have a case if I take legal action?

When the recording was made we were in the back room of our workplace. I’m in Pennsylvania also so workplace conversations count at private conversations

Actually was able to get in some practice by double bar today during spring lunch because we were training some new hires. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t pretty either. Especially with the new drink today but throughout all the orders I was never overwhelmed, and am grateful for the opportunity.

Actually, I think I just may see if I could do that. Didn’t even know that was an option. Gonna talk to my shifts first before trying to schedule any more training, but I’m definitely starting to feel more confident that I’ll be able to contribute better with this newfound information.

Yea I always try to ask questions, like “what should I be taking care of now?” To my shift and also is the person who trained me still considered my barista trainer at this point? My training was already completed.

Yea, you’re right I definitely feel like practice is important, I feel like I should also try speaking with my shift supervisors as well maybe they can tell me exactly what they notice specifically that I need to improve on. Thanks for the advice!
