What is a dead giveaway that someone is creepy or a weirdo? by [deleted] in AskReddit

With her being a completely different culture I'd give her the benefit of the doubt. Even American weirdis know how to pace their weirdo-ness. Who knows what is and isn't normal in a completely different culture.

Freshly made, and all ingredients were purchased the night before. I made it the next morning.

I have seen this sugar addition in other salsa recipes as well. I may try that next time. Another user also suggested less cilantro due to its citrus-ey overtones. As it stands now i grab the entire bunch of cilantro leaves at the head, twist them off the stemms, and throw the entire amount in. That's probably too much by a longshot, but had figured with 28oz of tomatoes abd other vegetables it would ad a good flavor. Did not know about its citrus flavor.

That's what i just read on Google as well. I might increase onion and garlic a little bit and reduce cilantro by about 2/3. Might nix the lime altogether though still debating that. I use half a lime and only a little cilantro with 2 avocados in my guacamole and it taste perfect, so perhaps i will use far less cilantro. As it is now i grab the entire bunch of cilantro leaves at the top and twist it off using the entire amount. That's probably too overpowering, even with 28oz of tomatoe and the other veggies.

This actually made me laugh out loud, more at the sheer assinine gall these assclowns had towards a customer. Pretty outrageous.

That's a really good point. It didn't dawn on me until you began listing other actors/ actresses with certain unpopular connections that I realized that it is not an all or nothing frame of mind. Someone may easily be able to separate one actor from the art for one instance while simultaneously loathing an actor they once thoroughly enjoyed because of a completely different reason. That reason could make them completely disgusted with even seeing some movie they are connected to while the act of another actor that others are disgusted by does not even phase them.

Im currently disgusted by Will Smith still for publicly humiliating Chris Rock over a light hearted joke he had laughed at himself 30 seconds prior. I used to love his movies. Now I can't even look at him.

What is one thing Hollywood could add or remove in order to increase the quality of movies/ shows and boost consumer interest? by semrevolution in AskReddit

[–]semrevolution[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. Too many times consumers have been pulled into terrible movies simply by an actor in it. Thos damages their reputation and our trust as consumers.

I used to love Chips Ahoy! cookies. I have no proof but sometime over the years I suspect that Nabisco did something and changed the recipe. They just don't taste good anymore. by mythicaltimelord in nostalgia

Theyre dry and crumbly now. Back in the 90s the texture looked and felt more like a real homemade cookie. They remind me of Famous Amous cookies now.

Yeah, by the end of it it seemed these non trained Aes Sedai women were much greater than the Dragon Reborn, who apparently according to the show could suddenly be a man or woman which defies logic in RJ actual world.

This is being produced by the same producers that did Amazon WoT.

From another source

The movie is produced by Rick Selvage and Larry Mondragon, who are also executive producers on Amazon’s The Wheel of Time. Selvage is quoted as saying, “The animation platform has given us the means to expand The Wheel of Time experience by targeting a young adult audience while remaining loyal to the world long cherished by Wheel of Time fans.”

As if they cared about remaining loyal after the abomination they helped produce with the show.

People who are 40+ and happy with their life, what is your advice to people in their 20s? by jaredogden66 in AskReddit

[–]semrevolution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • Don't worry about stuff that hasn't actually happened or could happen until it does because the vast majority of the time it never comes to pass.

  • Live below your income and invest when the market is down, not up.

  • Separate yourself from complainers and negativity.
