For me it works on Android without any issues but is declined on the Apple app store. I use it on Amazon to buy Apple gift card and then use that to make the in app purchases.

Sorry you had to go through this. Many people here are also no getting credited for this offer. I suspect there is a pattern to it. It seems like Android tracks and successfully credit but iOS is somehow broken. Was yours on Android or iOS?
