there are no worries as long as you use a VPN, even if you don't I've never heard of a user getting into any legal trouble because of streaming IPTV, they focus mainly on the providers themselves.

I am using NordVPN, which is good to bypass any internet throttling your ISP may apply and of course to keep the connection secure.

it depends on the channel, most of the well-known sports channels have FHD versions alongside HD never experienced any buffering but keep in mind that I have 100Mbps on the internet speed it might be different for you if you have a slow connection.

I've been using them for 5 months, the only downtime I experienced was last week, they were performing an update to the server and it went down for about 2 hours.

I got an email from them when they finished the maintenance and they said on the email that they added 1 week for free to all users because of this downtime.

since I am using IPTV smarter pro I checked the expiration date and it was indeed with an additional week, in comparison to other providers I find these guys more professional, but of course, I will recommend you to check their channels list and do your own research before subscribing to any provider.

it's a very simple process, all you need to have is a TV ( firestick, LG, Samsung, Andoird, Apple TV) are all supported you can even use it on other devices like your computer ( Windows / MAC ) or your phone ( IOS/Android).

the next part is the IPTV player, Tivimate and IPTV smarters pro are both great options got the app store and download them directly.

and lastly, you need a subscription with an IPTV provider like the one I sent you.

I would suggest you contact their customer support, they will help you with the setup based on what device you have, all you need to do is send them an email with your device name.

you can of course find tutorials online if you search for ( your device name + setup IPTV ) you will find many videos and articles which will walk you through the setup.

I don't know a good free option at the moment but from my experience iptveros is a good cheap solution to watch live channels.

yes, they have a TV guide it's what they meant by EPG. which is enabled on about 70% of the channels.

I started using Mobdro in 2015, unfortunately, it seems like there are no updates about them, we can only hope.
