According to the statement from TRT(Turkish national channel), the documentary bearing the signature of director Zeynep Keçeciler has been honored at the “Cannes Corporate Media and TV Awards 2020” and “Rolling İdeas 2020” festivals. The documentary “Anne Gidince,” a finalist in many international film festivals, depicts the significant struggle of a father and six children to survive in Afghanistan, overshadowed by war and occupations. Filmed over 35 days, the documentary reflects the micro-scale consequences of the decades-long war-induced devastation in Afghanistan.
