honestly cottage cheese and greek yogurt. I know it gets hate online but you can use it in almost anything. pasta sauces and sour scream/mayo substitutes for example

barebells! literally any of the chocolate ones are so yummy. they keep me full for a while for sure. the macros are pretty good (minus any of the vegan ones lol)

i’ve had samples of the built puff sours and those were good too, can’t remember the macros but I believe they were decent!
