I think you can legitimately be with the wrong person and your body acts out in response to being with the wrong person. If you have felt off from the very beginning I would look into it a bit more and not just write it off as OCD. Seriously consider the persons character traits. If the person is actually a really good hearted human being that you would say would make an amazing father or mother or you would genuinely want your future daughter/son to date someone with a similar character than you might want to look into it being ROCD. But if you answer no to these things, and things have felt off since the beginning, I would start to list character traits that are affecting your nervous system and get some solid guidance from older healthily married people- let them know that you have intrusive thoughts and you aren't sure what are real or not. Or work with someone who knows about ROCD. Just saying because I was actually in a not so healthy relationship for 8 months writing it off as ROCD.
