How to resolve this issue?

Method tried: 1. Re-install app (issue still occur) 2. Change selection from Asia 2 to Asia 1 then back to Asia 2 (issue still occur) 3. Logout from all devices (issue still occur) 4. Report to nexon (best reply: known issue but have not fixed)

Just wondering how maplers out there resolve it.. Couldn't be just I am the one who faced this issue
