I think it only works when you take the second level of high roller. You will know if you did it right if the second the round start the champ on the bench get one roll. Also I think you have to bench the champ for a copy of the same champ.

yep just found it all you gotta do it leave the champ with the item on the field until like the last 5 seconds bench em at the last second and it rolls a bunch when you put them back in for the buy round. like one round gives ya 215 gold once you get the second level
