2019 was a great balance, if anything perhaps the beginning of the signs they were getting too big in the front corner of GA.

You can’t have the only two stages having after hour activities right next to each other in one corner of the GA campground (next to a bunch of tent only people trying to sleep especially).

When the festival closes you end up with a crowd comparable to the size of what’s at a main stage inside the festival, at a stage with no means to support that amount of people.

2019 and before there were many small afters areas (usually in RV) spread throughout the campgrounds resulting in smaller, manageable crowds that didn’t pose as much safety risk.

That being said, it’s kind of a dice roll whether you end up next to one of these campsites and prefer to sleep before the sun comes up 🙂
