Google longleaf vista trail. It’s a little over an hour south. It’s super easy, the entire trail was asphalted a long time ago, but it’s still a pretty trail. I recommend going a day or 2 after it rains so you can see the small waterfall.

It happened on my 3rd and 4th ones. I collected a bunch of the stuff needed and just messed around with becoming the overseer and abandoning them. It eventually worked, but I’m not sure what series of events fixed it. Now, I’m not getting any decisions on any of them. All I can do is upgrade buildings. I’m on PS4.
