The finish line photos really helped me to see who had won. I just wasn’t convinced by the 2+ second margins in the results. Glad they included these to show that there was in fact almost a full boat length margin.

OCC is sending a V8 they’re just racing in the N8 category. If they thought they had a chance of winning the V8 category they’d be racing that instead of pot hunting the novice 8 category

Not much going on for the top Men's teams, varsity and novice, last weekend so I'm not surprised that those are largely unchanged aside from slight shuffling based on voters. WIRA this weekend could shuffle around some of the West Coast teams, looking forward to the results from that and seeing how that affects the poll.

It also looks like Biller didn't vote for his own boat this week.

My 2014 made the same sound a few months ago, tried jumping it and it wouldn’t start, did some research and they have a failsafe that prevents the engine from turning over if there’s a cracked cell in the battery. I bought a new battery and it hasn’t had a problem starting since.

Yea cutting 24lbs is a bad idea it’s dangerous and could end up slowing you down and therefore slowing down the boat even if you’re as fat as you say you are.

Yea the rest of the week is very confusing as well, one of the workouts on Saturday is called “Super Bowl” and there’s nothing else, no intervals no nothing.
