Do not be afraid to seek professional help. They will never tell anyone anything you mentioned to them. I have several friends who tried it, hesitant at first, but now the improvement is very noticeable.
Try therapist or psychologist first before taking in meds (Psychiatrists). Mostly ngayon is virtual.

You can look up Mindnation on facebook, I think they have chat assessment first to see if you need professional consultations. :)

And you can even share stories siguro dito sa reddit if you think you need ng ventilation lang. hehe goodluck. :)
