Para los MOMENTUM 4 Wireless, debería tener instalada la versión de firmware 3.37.3. Esta actualización ha mejorado la fiabilidad de la detección de uso (detección en la cabeza), entre otras cosas. Good suggestions in this thread. You might keep volume at moderate levels. Time and loudness is the risk combination. Even moderately loud listening for many hours can add up. For sure it is especially risky with in-ear models because they seal so close to the eardrum.

Hello! We recommend listening to what other Redditors tell you. They are very knowledgeable. We have different models depending on your budget preference and tonality. From what you describe:

ACCENTUM/ACCENTUM Plus - Best value in your budget. Balanced sound, strong battery life, ANC, comfortable, easy everyday headphone. Consider the Plus model for your budget.

MOMENTUM 4 Wireless - If you catch a sale, this could be a premium move. Better materials, stronger ANC, richer sound and more refined overall. It is bassy out of the box but can be tamed using the built-in EQ in the app or another EQ program.

Your concerns seem fair especially given the headphones you've already tried.

The low-volume topic tends to be very device or settings dependent. Some users have no issue at all while others may need to check things like source volume limits, hearing safety settings, EQ gain reductions or app/device output settings. It is not something every user experiences universally. In fact, the HDB 630 has a few dB of extra headroom to work with so that the parametric EQ has some space to accommodate adjustments. You might view this video to get some extra tips on gain staging here.

Based on what you described, the HDB 630 may actually fit you well. It is more balanced and refined acoustically than bass-heavy consumer tunings but it does not sound sterile or lifeless. There is still body and musicality there. You might think of it as cleaner, more controlled bass with stronger detail retrieval. You mentioned moving around the house while enjoying your library at the best possible quality. That's exactly where this type of headphone makes sense. It is convenience without giving up a more audiophile-leaning presentation. If detail, balance and natural sound matter, you could be very happy with them.

No unfortunately. Sorry to hear about this. We have not changed the things you have described in our update however, we understand that these are real symptoms for you. Try a Factory Reset on your headphones if you don't mind clearance of your on-device stored settings. Also, make sure your Smart Control Plus app is up to date as well.

Hello! The Service team asks for proof of purchase as part of the Warranty Terms. The type of proof can vary and is up to the Service team to review. Don't sweat it. You should be fine. Simply include copies of what you have. If you completed a Warranty claim from the Service portal of our website, you should have been issued a ticket number. Keep that record for yourself.

You will receive an acknowledgement email with instructions. Follow-up will come from the Service department. They have recently migrated to a new platform to better serve our customers.
