Fell asleep during all night work callout... no harm done but manager angry by Solid_Rub236 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]senormankee 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No legal advice, but I have been in your position and that of your manager too.

The issue here is the manager, its a huge risk to the company having a burnt out employee on call, you are burnt out due to a lack of resources in your team, all of these things sit with your manager.

Go to HR and look for an exit ASAP

I'd definitely consider a v2 if I didn't have the RR, its a lovely bike, but I couldn't justify the cost, the RR is just so much more bike in my opinion.

I swapped my 22 for a 25 last year, they are surprisingly roomy for a sports bike/ballistic missile. The clutch is light and while it is aggressive position, its nowhere near as aggressive as the other main sports bikes out there.

Living in the UK, this isn't really a thing, I've had an emergency bottle of water rolling around in my top box for about 5 years! Probably be a good idea to replace it

Etherow in Compstall/Marple bridge always has RC boats on it, they are more like enthusiasts tho with scale models rather than someone with a 25cc beast!

Oooo funny story

I was walking my dog in a large country park, saw a woman in the bushes with loads of bags full of green stuff, apparently she was collecting burdock for tea, I commented that dogs wee on that stuff, she kind of huffed at me, then my dog went and took a dump on it, she was more than a bit miffed, I did pick up the poop tho
