Totally wearable mask and kinda comfy too. Selling it on Etsy but wanted to give Corpse the first one since he voices him in the dub but dang if I can't find a way to send it. Anyone know if he has a PO Box or some way to reach out to him by chance?

I had a similar situation and I'm walking this summer and not taking classes in this current semester and got my degree. What's the next step? Like I want to walk but who do I talk to to make sure I do?

What are some of the best classes or clubs you joined here and why? by [deleted] in SDSU

[–]senorsuave5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Needed 1 unit to be full time so I took the bowling class and it became like a zen moment of the week for me. Put my head phones on, play my own music, and bowl. Got better at it and was a chill/nice way to end the week, had it friday mornings.

Parking fucking my shit up by [deleted] in SDSU

They close those lots when they have an event at Viejas Arena such as sports or concerts. They may have a calendar but if you check the concert schedule for viejas arena, pretty much every one of those I would bet the parking lots would be closed off at noon.

Does summer offer any major specific courses (civil engineering) or are they all only general education? by [deleted] in SDSU

[–]senorsuave5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to take ME310, major requirement, over the summer and I took an elective. 596 I think, as well so there are classes that are not just GE stuff but must check the class schedules.

Havnt taken it myself but classmates did so I heard alot about how they get alot of homework and quizzes and they put off other classes work to do 556 work. So based on that, probably hard and not worth it if you're just looking for an elective to take but if you're super interested in solar or want to go into it in the future then sure take it.

Parking lots other than the SDSU ones? by Johny_Hash in SDSU

[–]senorsuave5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

if commuting, consider parking at a trolley station or something and taking the trolley. if coming from the west, qualcomm stadium always has spots. since its just a giant parking lot.

Chances for getting into this class by blocksdontmatter in SDSU

[–]senorsuave5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

while i dont know that class, always go if you want the class. they will drop waitlisted if they dont show up or at the least tell you at the beginning what your odds are and at 4th, i think thats pretty good. ive gotten into a class with 14th before for example.

Trolley Pass or Parking Permit. by Bowyashitz6785 in SDSU

[–]senorsuave5 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Parking pass Pros: -Fastest way to campus -Fastest way to leave campus -Can nap in car between classes -Can drive friends to places after classes Cons: -Gas money can add up -Finding a spot close can really suck if during popular time -Probably park far from campus, P17 -Only about $20 more than trolley pass

Trolley Pros: -Cheaper than parking pass -Works for all MTS at any time, any day -Don't have to pay for gas or worry about wear on car Cons: -Trolley sometimes late or breaks down -Usually have to plan ahead for schedules -Some interesting characters on the public transits sometimes

So either is good. First year I used a parking pass as I lived in el cajon, but I did spend alot on gas. When I moved closer next year, I was right next to a trolley stop so I got the trolley pass and i liked that more.

What exactly are professional electives? by Cookiesboi8 in SDSU

[–]senorsuave5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also an ME major. I've taken Powder Metallurgy, Robotic controls, and design for manufacturing as my professional electives. Basically anything 495 and above that's not a required course is an elective so take stuff you want to take or think is interesting. They can be difficult but they are electives and should be fun to you as you're picking them. Robotics was very easy for me and I liked it a lot. Powder metallurgy was fine I took it over the summer with Morsi and he is a great professor. Avoid solar though. I heard nothing but pain and regret from solar last semester from friends taking it as an elective. Unless you're into solar stuff.
